This 100 acre estate with its walnut trees and its own private golf course
is a truly exceptional site with breathtaking panoramic views to the horizon.

Far from every day busy life, you will discover a charming holiday house where all is relaxation and pleasure.

The large heated swimming pool
5m x 15 m is just outside the house and enjoys the beautiful view of the valley. It is available from the early spring and is fully equipped with sun loungers to sunbathe and relax.

An exceptional 9 holes golf course surrounds the property (9 further holes are under construction) in this lush pasture of Corrèze. The course overlooks several small hamlets and Puy d’Arnac with its bell tower.

One of the owner’s hobbies is flying a microlight. If you wish, you can organise a half day trip. Discover the Corrèze area and la Dordogne from the air in a Microlight - Ikarus. Great and exceptional sensations guaranteed.
